The item was sent by a local carrier to another city, and I had to drive half an hour to get there and collect it. This is a poor delivery of CHITA in Israel.
Israelis, pay attention that you are buying here, it comes through Chita and you should look for them when it doesn’t arrive or is sent to another city (because they have no idea about anything beyond Herzliya).

It actually works, i will heat you up if you have a goodnpower bank. Takes a moment but then its warm. For the 9 area version, i can feel the heat from on my back and bacn of my neck. Now remember its not a sauna, but it will help. I recommend it if u already have a nice powerbank. Otherwise, maybe you think about it. Also, it’s four stars because the build quality isn’t amazing. Also, when you first connect the power bank it’s very fussy and obnoxious. It takes like a full minute before it actually acknowledges that it has power. Really weird. Last thing , use 2 sizes above your actual size. Otherwise you just wasted like 25 bucks. Just use the chart and youll be fine.

Product does not match the advertisement
I bought this jacket hoping it would warm up to 50 degrees. ° C, as promised in the advertisement. However, it only slightly warms the stomach and does not exceed 7 degrees. ° Even after several tests. The rest of the body remains completely cold. I feel deceived because the product does not fulfill what it promises and the description is clearly exaggerated.
I tried to contact the store, but I haven’t obtained a satisfactory solution so far. Be careful when buying – what is shown in the advertisement does not match reality.
I do not recommend. I TESTED IT WITH A THERMOMETER AND IT ONLY REACHED 7 DEGREES, AND IT ONLY HEATED THE BELLY WHILE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HEAT IN 17 AREAS.

17 points heating jacket fit me well, im 186 and 74kg. Unfortunately i recieved a jacket that dont work well, and i use a good battery, see pic. I have bought a vest couple years ago with 2 heating (i think it is more, front low, neck and back) points that is very warm and still work good. Compared to vest this jacket should be alot warmer, but it is not unfortunately. I got in touch with customer service and they want me to ship it back from norway, definitivly not cheap everything in this country is very expencive, so expencive that soon we probably need to pay to go out and breathe fresh air.
I maybe come back here to write about how return of jacket and refund went.

I bought a 10,000mAh power bank and it lasts about 3 hours when connected to maximum power; it gets really hot. In closed places, there’s no need to call.

Item does work you do need a portable charger there is a pocket for it can plug it in! Best of luck all will delete account soon as doubt they will fix the problems as it’s been 3 weeks asking! No proper response or straight answers all automatically answer and wait 24-48 hours for team or claim just get rejected! Take care all!
